Induction technology that redefines your cooking experience. With an integrated aspiration system equipped with a powerful central fan of 600 CFM, it can reach very high-performance levels in terms of air capture, noise level, and energy efficiency.

Perfect to compliment any kitchen design, Nikola Tesla Flux is available in 30” & 36” widths.

Thanks to Airmatic technology, NikolaTesla Flux is able to automatically adjust the extraction speed, thus optimising power consumption and performance of the 600 CFM downdraft blower. The control interface is intuitive and easy to use thanks to a specific slider for each zone and is totally invisible in standby mode, to be discreet and elegant.

Timer

All you need to do is set the minutes and the countdown starts. At the end, it will automatically switch the cooking zone off, emitting a sound signal. Just press the ‘touch’ control and independent timers will activate in more zones at the same time.

Easy to maintain

All the components, such as the grease and odor filters, can be easily accessed and removed so they can be washed or rapidly replaced. Making it a low-maintenance product.

Stop and go

If you are interrupted while cooking, with just a single movement, pressing the Stop & Go button, you can switch off all the cooking zones and walk away with complete confidence and safety.

Delay switch off

The smart timer feature enables you to schedule automatic shutdown of the product after a set duration. The delayed shutdown option allows you to keep the cooktop running even after cooking, effectively eliminating stubborn odors and residual humidity.

Temperature manager

To always ensure perfect cooking the cooktop can be used with two different standard programs. 107 F° for warming mode and 158 F° for melting mode

Bridge zones

Efficiently disperse heat across longer or larger pans by combining two cooking areas into a single, larger zone, controlled by electronic touch controls. Experience consistent and uniform temperature distribution with the same power output.

CFM reduction system

Enables users to reduce directly the maximum blower CFM to meet local code requirements.

Touch controls

Multifunction electronic touch control behind sleek black glass illuminates red when activated.

Child lock

Protect the cooking and extraction areas from being accidentally switched on. The function can be enabled when the product is switched on but the cooking areas and extraction are switched off.

Long life filter ++

These filters have been designed to guarantee maximum performance and odor filtering efficiency far above than average filters. Thanks to their regenerating capacity, their durability is from 3 to 5 years. No more replacements, waste or troubles in their maintenance.

Airmatic

A smart sensor detects the quantity of fumes and types of cooking, adjusting extraction power accordingly. A self-regulating system that gradually diminishes power once you finish cooking, getting rid of residual odors or humidity.
